Identify products in a picture and find matching or similar products in the catalog.

## How it helps

Use a photo, product image or screenshot to find matching or similar products. Attach the picture to your conversation, or share a public image link, and tell your agent which item you mean if the picture contains several objects.

## What you’ll get

You get candidate products with available images, prices and purchase links. Your agent can distinguish likely matches from different sizes, related variants and substitutes; a similar-looking item is not automatically the same product.

Possible matches still need checking. Another size, version or substitute should be presented as an alternative, not as the exact item. Some matches may remain unverified or the search may return only partial information. A clearer photo or close-up of the packaging can help. Submitted images and their matching results are retained for 30 days so you can ask about another object in the same picture.
