These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gaisho.co (the "Site"), operated by LIL GREBE INC. ("gaisho", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf.

These Terms cover the Site only. Access to the gaisho service, including its MCP server, is available only under a separate written agreement with us, and that agreement governs it.

Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about gaisho and to request a demo. You agree not to:

  • use the Site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
  • overload, disrupt or try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it, or test its security without our written permission;
  • submit false information, submit the demo form on someone else's behalf without their permission, or send spam or automated submissions through it;
  • misrepresent your affiliation with gaisho, or use the Site to build a competing product.

Agents and automated access

The Site is meant to be read by people and by AI agents. You may access it with automated tools, including AI agents, crawlers and search engines, to read, index and summarize its content. The machine-readable files at /llms.txt, /llms-full.txt and the .md versions of pages are provided for this purpose.

Automated access must respect the limits above: keep request rates reasonable, do not bypass any access controls, and do not submit the demo form except on behalf of a real person who wants a demo. If an agent submits a request for you, you are responsible for the information it provides.

Demos, benchmarks and examples

Demos, benchmark results and examples on the Site illustrate how gaisho performed on specific tasks under specific test conditions. They are not a promise of the results you will get. Product names, prices, retailers and sellers shown are examples. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners, and showing them does not mean they endorse or are affiliated with gaisho.

Our content

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, the gaisho name and logo, and the design of the Site, are owned by LIL GREBE INC. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution to gaisho. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the Site's design, logos or other materials, or use the gaisho name or logo in a way that suggests a relationship with us, without our written permission.

Information you send us

Personal information you submit is handled under our Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

No offer and no warranty

Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide the gaisho service; any such commitment is made only in a signed agreement. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, gaisho will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you in full.

Changes and access

We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the "Last updated" date; continuing to use the Site after that means you accept them. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site for anyone who breaks these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If it is not resolved within 30 days, it will be submitted to binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules then in effect, seated in Wilmington, Delaware, USA, and conducted in English before a single arbitrator. The award will be final and binding.

Either party may seek temporary injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Delaware to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.
